Devona is the CEO/Founder of Achieving Good Success. She obtained her BSN degree from Oklahoma City University in May 1999 and later returned to attain her MSN degree with a focus in nursing education in 2011. Presently, she is also pursuing a dual degree of Doctor in Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. She has over 25 years of experience in various clinical settings.  During the last 7 years of being in the acute care setting, she was in the role of a clinical nurse educator and then manager. Her role is currently that of a nurse educator and simulation program coordinator in the university setting. She enjoys reading, spending time with her son, and utilizing her “spare” time by working in the community with the homeless population by way of God’s True Treasures, Inc.
